Jelly Bean for Galaxy S2

Samsung Galaxy S2 Users. Here are some good news for you. No reason to be sad because youll going to experience the power of Jelly Bean 4.1  on your android phones.

Holders of the Samsung Galaxy S II mobile phone series will soon have new reasons for joy after the Korean manufacturer announced that it is working on the new Android operating system update, more specifically Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

Currently present on only 1.2% of Android devices, the Jelly Bean version is about to come out soon to Galaxy S3 terminal owners, and more recently to those who still have the Galaxy S2 model from the old generation.

Unlike the leap between Android 2.3 and Android 4.0 versions, upgrade to the Android 4.1 version can be considered minor, especially bringing performance improvements and finishing touches to the Android 4.0 interface, such as a new set of widgets for the homescreen, expandable notifications and a user-friendly interface for visualizing application responsible for photo collections. In the new features chapter we have a redesigned keyboard touch and an improved functionality regarding NFC connectivity. For example, Galaxy S 2 users will be able to initiate photo sharing sessions by simply having their phones in the proximity of one another .

Alongside the Galaxy S3 and Galaxy S2, Samsung has confirmed the availability in the near future of a package upgrade to Android 4.1 also to the Galaxy Note series, respectively the Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet.
